A few good questions.
What do we need to provide on site?
Floor space for the machine, power, network and a defined spot where it can stand and move. That is all we need from you. We work out the exact space beforehand from your plan, so nothing has to be rearranged on the day.
Does someone from our team have to look after the robot?
No. One of our operators is there for the whole event day, starts each run, schedules the breaks and takes care of the machine. Your team can concentrate entirely on the conversations that come out of it.
How far in advance do we need to book?
A simple custom behaviour needs roughly two weeks of lead time. A full integration into your own system takes around four weeks and includes a remote integration test. For a host, photo or show booking with nothing custom, shorter notice is workable.
